Established in 1991, we operate two state-of-the-art production units in Dharmapuri and Karur, Tamil Nadu, under the banners of Southern Spinners and Processors Ltd. and Modern Cotton Yarn Spinners Ltd.

With a spindleage capacity of 50,000 Spindles , 2800 Rotors , 2400 Position of TFO and advanced textile machinery including Trumac, Lakshmi Reiter, Textool, and Murata-C, we deliver efficient spinning and consistent quality. Our infrastructure is further strengthened by UT4 testing equipment, ensuring stringent quality standards at every stage of production.

Our product portfolio includes a wide range of cotton and blended yarns (Ne 10s–40s), technical fabrics for industrial applications (such as V-belt jacketing and ripstop fabrics), and value-added products like slub yarns and core yarns.
